Combining a Sheet of Paper, Life Essence, and Long Rat Tail doesn't create Chameleon Cloak. It creates Tentacle Lash Scroll.

warning to those using this in PVP if you dip your weapon in poison the dripping effect will reveal your location even though you are invisible since the splatters on the ground can still be seen by human players and then all they will have to do is use an aoe attack to reveal you, I don't know if other elemental weapon effects do the same but poison is definitely not a good option to anyone wanting to pvp with this skill

Playing a Solo character you can have e3 turns in a row by simple using this. You play your turn, use it last. The enemies will either skip their turns or heal/adjust; but most will pass. On your turn, choose to wait. They will all skip again and you will have 2 full turns in a row. Combined with Fane Time Warp racial, you can have up to 4 turns in a row

Despite my fifth playthrough, and actively looking for the past three, I just can't seem to find more than two or three of the Long Rat Tails needed to craft this scroll. I've never found one from killing a rat, and I made it a point to kill every one of those wily rodents I see. The only ones I have found are from vendors (Exeter in the Sanctuary of Amadia had two for sale as soon as I arrived, but never restocked). Perhaps some other people have had more luck than me? If so, please share!
