I do always play a cleric. Since Baldur's Gate days. So, i really like this weapon. On paper. I never killed Slane. He is an important character from older games. It really is frustrating that this sword is locked behind killing the one good character in Act I. Because, let's be honest: the alternative of accepting his reward instead is shockingly lackluster in comparison. I wish there existed a mod where the item he rewards you is this sword instead of some crappy random loot.

Would be interested to find out if it really upgrades to 15% crit at level 18. As is, it's a great option for dual wielders who rely on critical chance. 10% + 7% per weapon is the best you can get before act 3 at least. Perfect for decay-heal criticals with savage sortilege.

not really a hard fight. But you need to have two cc character ( warrior + rouge). Once his armor is down he is 100% dead.

Honestly amazing weapon considering you can get this in act 1. Best weapon for Cleric build that only gets outclassed in act 4.

Best 1 handed item in the game for hydromancer. Give it to the fletcher upon transitioning to Arx and he will upgrade it to lvl18. Then it has 15% crit.
