It can set chill, but it cannot apply Frozen, even on chilled enemies.

The damage seems the same with Winter Blast. I'd do the combo in 1. Jump in 1AP; 2. Rain 1AP; 3. Global Cooling 1AP; 4. Cryotherapy(optional but recommended) 1AP; 5. Ice Breaker 1AP. 5AP damage is far less than pyro spells combo but it covers large area and freezes enemies if the damage is higher than their magic armor. It would be ideal for fire immune enemies or enemies with weak magic armor but have high vitality.

When creating huge ice fields around yourself to hit enemies, consider using Cryotherapy before using this spell to avoid damage.

Wait a second does anyone else notice that it deals 450% damage? Idk if that’s correct, but that’s not up to me for assumptions.

I have yet to test this, but i believe one would like having "Pressure Spike" memorized, too. Very often, the battlefield is set aflame. This is due to the fact that fire reacts with poison and oil and this is a combo the AI likes to use a lot. This may make using "global cooling" + "ice breaker" more difficult. But if you douse the flames and make everyone wet with 'rain' (1AP), then use 'pressure spike' on the steam to make some air damage and transform the steam into water surfaces (1AP), you are free to cast Global Cooling (1AP) and then Ice Breaker (1AP). I believe it is better to use combos that can be useful in pretty much every situation without asking for 8 AP to be ready. Something tells me that in order to use that with yourself in the middle, having "Living Armor" and a few points in necromancy would be beneficial. Or siping a water resistance potion.
