- Up the broken stone steps by the Beach waypoint and down a short side path near a group of dead skeletons
- Getting up the steps requires teleportation

the critical damage modifier is incorrect - it's just the standard 150% without modification
When found by my lv3 party, this weapon is lv4 and does 9-11 physical. Other stats remain the same.

Summoner can get this weapon on level 1 by abusing the incarnate to drag the sword down the broken stairs, you can also reach the chest and the other containers using this method.
