How does the spell work? I got Sebille because she was supposed to be able to free herself from the shackles if she got for example shocked. It does not work. It just skips her turn and that's that. If it IS already her turn, it is hard to become shocked unless you shock yourself. But if any opponent does it, the turn is simply skipped. Right now, I either do not understand how the skill works or it is beyond useless.

Helps cover your back if you're running Glass Cannon, especially against enemies that spam Silenced.

though it's not saying much, this skill is probably the third best origin skill in the game behind Time Warp and Dome of Protection due to the 0 AP cost.
Removed atrophy but still can't use weapon skills. Bug?
