Cooking Station is a Tools in Divinity: Original Sin 2
You can use a Cooking Pot with any camp fires or bonfires out in the wild, or in any fire place indoors to create the Cooking Station. It is immobile, but since you can craft them from any fire, you shouldn't ever be far from one if you bring a supply of Cooking Pots to use with fires.
The tooltip for Cooking Station in the crafting menu calls it "Boiling Pot" but the recipe on the recipes page says "Cooking Station." It was called the Mobile Kitchen in the previous game.
