Holy Hand Grenade is a Grenade in Divinity: Original Sin 2. Grenades are a type of projectile that can be thrown at enemies. They can be crafted from Material gathered in the game and can be used by any character. Grenade damage / heal will scale with your current level.

"The Holy Hand Grenade will significantly heal everyone in a 4m radius."

Background information about Holy Hand Grenade

Holy Hand Grenade is a healing grenade. The healing is equal to that provided by the spell Restoration, but has the advantage of being AOE. On the flip side, it will not provide healing over time. This grenade scales just as well as most healing spells into the late game, and can be quite useful if your characters are clumped together or if you need to deal damage to undead characters that are clumped together. You can lower the AP cost of any grenade by one point while you have nothing in your off-hand by taking the talent Ambidextrous. You can also increase the range of any grenade by 5m by taking the Slingshot talent, and by 2m with the Far Out Man talent.

Then did he raise on high the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch, saying, "Bless this, O Lord, that with it thou mayst blow thine enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy." And the people did rejoice and did feast upon the lambs and toads and tree-sloths and fruit-bats and orangutans and breakfast cereals ... Now did the Lord say, "First thou pullest the Holy Pin. Then thou must count to three. Three shall be the number of the counting and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither shalt thou count two, excepting that thou then proceedeth to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the number of the counting, be reached, then lobbest thou the Holy Hand Grenade in the direction of thine foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."
