Meaty Stew can't be crafted, and is slightly worse than Dwarven Stew as it heals 10% less. The secret ingredient is less than savory.

AnonymousI couldn't get the stew,bar keep wouldn't sell it after pissing her off. The cook was dead. I must have took the meaty stew out of Meistrs house before hand. Nobody sold the meaty stew. Had the recipe. Took 1 character,moved the other 3 far away. Teleported Garvin outside in alley. Everyone got arrgo,I killed Garvin. Let everyone kill one character,went back with 3 after everyone turned yellow again. Used scroll to resurrection,looted Garvin,finished quest...
