Notes and Tips
- If you accept her offer for gold she gathers blood and upon attacking her she insta-kills that character, she will continue to do this to that character as long as she is alive. She also spawns 3 Lesser demons. Accept her offer of 150,000 gold loan (19,400 XP).
- 3 Lesser demons summoned give 53,900 XP each.
- Various blood vials in her cellar, not used for any quests.

i have 99999 gold and didn't trigger the quest i didn't even know was there, lol. tactician mode too, so this could be fun

i stole the vial before she asked for the payment and when she couldn't find it she became angry and gone, not even in her house. exp wasted

I take a loan of 150.000 with a character equiped with resurrect idol, and then kill Sanguinia. Great job.

I dont know if it was a bug or a feature, but if a char get a loam from her and refuse to pay up, she will kill that char and vanish with his body, making him impossible to be ressurrected. I almost lost a characther because of 4500 gold lol

To be honest I was exploring and just went straight down to the basement and since they acted hostile I killed her and her demons. Earlier I took a loan from the old Lady and now I wonder - was all of this a part of some quest?

apparently if you're playing with fane (or other undead) you don't get the 19400 xp. make a deal with another character
