Stardust Herb is intended to be ground into Stardust using the Mortar and Pestle to ultimately make pixie dust. It's relatively rare, so you'll need to keep an eye out for it if you will be crafting a lot of Pixie Dust. While the tooltip says it grants immunity to a wide variety of status effects, this doesn't appear to work. The game will not allow you to consume it even though you can select consume and watch your character go through the eating animation.

How do you acquire some at higher levels? I need some to craft pixie dust to make runes but the only thing available is the superior one.
