 This quest is acquired when you find a raided magister caravan at Reaper's Coast.

Talk to the survivor, you will learn that voidwokens have taken the captured sourcerer to someplace known as the wreckers cave.

After you speak with Reimond, report to magister Julian what happened to the caravan.
