Yes. First, with your main profile, launch the game normally, create a game, like usual (singleplayer) and, in the character creation lobby, go to the connectivity menu and enable the LAN connection option. Then, enter DOS:II folder (usually located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Divinity Original Sin 2\bin) and start another application (EoCApp). This will automatically create another profile (Debug profile) and you can LAN join the original room by going in the Multiplayer option. You can do this multiple times and even create a full 4-character party from the beginning.
After starting the game, save it and quit on 3 profiles (the debugs). Now all 4 characters are controllable from the beginning by just one person.
