Fly Agaric Mushrooms are crafting ingredients used to create Small Poison Bottles. While not recommended, you can eat it to poison yourself for one turn. Although the duration in game is listed as three turns, the poison only lasts one turn, while the mushroom effect itself (which does nothing beyond the initial poisoning) persists for three. You can also use a poison source on the Fly Agaric Mushroom to add 2 poison damage.
