Superior Stardust Herb is intended to be ground into Pouch of Superior Star Dust using the Mortar and Pestle to ultimately make Pouch of Superior Pixie Dust. It's rare, so make sure to be vigilant about collecting any you find. You'll likely need to purchase it from merchants if you will be crafting many giant runes. While the tooltip says it grants immunity to a wide variety of status effects, this doesn't appear to work. The game will not allow you to consume it even though you can select consume and watch your character go through the eating animation.
