Armor-Piercing Grenade is a Grenade in Divinity: Original Sin 2 (DOS2). Grenades are a type of projectile that can be thrown at enemies. They can be crafted from Material gathered in the game and can be used by any character. Grenade damage / heal will scale with your current level.

Armor-Piercing Grenade Uses
Armour-Piercing Grenade is one of two grenades that apparently cannot be crafted. It deals piercing damage, which deals damage directly to vitality. There doesn't appear to be any way to increase the amount of piercing damage that is dealt. You can lower the AP cost of any grenade by one point while you have nothing in your off-hand by taking the talent Ambidextrous. You can also increase the range of any grenade by 5m by taking the Slingshot talent, and by 2m with the Far Out Man talent.

Notes and Trivia about Armor-Piercing Grenade
Simply the most underestimated grenade in the game, it pierces through armor that means two things: 1) you are healed by necromancy 2) enemies drops blood at the very start of the fight, which can be used to use Grasps and take advantage of Elemental Ranger (+20% phys damage if enemy on blood)
