Dust Blast is a Geomancer Skill in Divinity Orginal Sin 2.

Dust Blast location

• Combine any Geomancer Skill book and any Huntsman Skill book. (At least one of them must be Source Skills)

Equipment

• Spear of Horrorsleep
• The Vulture's Legs

Dust Blast effects

• Scroll cannot be crafted. A single copy is available in Arx at the Black House's basement
• Resisted by Magical Armour 
• Scales with level, intelligence and Geomancer
• Can be deflected, but will not deal damage to caster or their allies
• Doesn't blind allies, unlike Throw Dust
• Is affected by range bonuses (Far Out Man, Farsight)
• Also clears lava and deathfog

Dust Blast trivia & strategies

• Low source cost and low power version of Pyroclastic Eruption, with blinding properties
• Gather enemies together for each dust projectile's AoE to hit many targets, dealing a lot of damage to every target in the AoE
