Together with teleport must have skills for corpse explosion necromancer, swap out teammate in melee for corpse, teleport in another enemy in, corpse explosion into supercharged bloated corpse (maybe throw in a adrenaline [and flesh sacrifice for elf necro] if necessary) => yummy!

For those having trouble teleporting yourself with this skill, see if you have any gear equipped that makes you immune to teleport. Around the time I got this skill, I was wearing a chest piece that prevented me from using it and was confused for awhile.

Skill is really picky, both characters need ample space around them, you can only switch with live people or corpses and even then you'll still have 'skill is blocked' on a good half of the potential targets. It's a super useful skill don't get me wrong but dang if it isn't frustrating as hell.

Does this spell have some sort of implicit condition? As I have noticed that different characters can only switch with a select number, (sometimes none), of other characters. The caster needs line of sight of course but it seems totally arbitrary which characters you're allowed to switch.
