- Located under Ryker's mansion in Stonegarden on his desk. You will go here during the A Generous Offer quest.

- Scroll can be crafted by combining a Sheet of Paper, Source Orb, and Disembodied Hand.
- Resisted by Physical Armour
- Range 13m
- AoE radius 5m
- Scales with level, intelligence and Warfare
- Only damages enemies
- Is affected by range bonuses (Far Out Man, Farsight)
- Cannot be deflected

any way to craft the book from a scroll of grasp of the starved and an empty necromancy book? maybe with another ingredient?

It might be worth noting that you can also buy the skill book from Hannag in act 2 ... i dont know about other vendors yet though because i'm still in act 2

Tried to craft the scroll today with both high quality shadow essence and source orb, no luck. Hand was from Roost's floor.

Can it still do decent dmg with really high warfare but no int? Would like to use it on a melee build..

it makes the already broken elves even more broken... flesh sacrifice -> blood rain -> grasp of the starved usually destroys a cluster or leaves them with pretty much dead with only 1 ap and 2 sp with elemental affinity.

A very finnicky spell, the enemy has to be 100% over a blood surface to hit or it does nothing. If their pinky toe is off the blood, it won't hit. If it does hit though, you win the fight.

Since the update, I cannot get the crafting of this to work with the HQ Shadow Essence, paper and Disembodied Hand; thinking they felt it was too strong for such a low price?

Does this work on enemies standing on frozen/electrified blood surfaces as well?

op as hell. It does the same damage as a 3 source points elemental skill without the resistance, because physical armor almost never has, and can cripple for TWO turns. W T F.

Just to make sure everyone is aware. This spell is absolutely insane. Possibly the best damage spell in the game. When you are hitting multiple targets, the crits stack multiplicative. If you have 200% crit damage and crit on 3 enemies, this will do 800% damage to each enemy. The spell already has a 300% base damage, only costs 1 ap with elemental affinity on blood, and crits for absolutely insane amounts.

I have tried to get this spell to work but never seems that effective, even with Rain of Blood drenching everything. Use other spells instead

Does anyone know if this affects all characters, or just enemies?
Arguably The most powerful OTK Combo in the game (elemental affinity is required): Flesh Sacrifice, Apotheosis, Adrenaline, Bloodstorm, Skincraft, Flesh Sacrifice again, Adrenaline again, Grasp of The Starve and then, if there is anything still alive on the field (very unlikely) you still have 2ap left to finish them off, 4ap if you have Executioner trait.
