Notes and Tips
- Once the source weapon cache is found, player can blackmail him along with a few other options like turning him in to the magister.
- In DE, if killed, awards no EXP, but drops a Void Fish Exchange scroll. If the player also checked his vendor inventory beforehand, he will drop a vendor's worth of gold.

Kill him. No one seems to care and most of the fishery becomes unowned so you can take what you want after without it being theft (video games). Finish the basement quest first tho. Oh if you have Beast he mistakes him for Lohar's crew and gives him a key to the fishery basement.
